How Scoro generated engagement, leads and evergreen content with a Future of AI event and content showcase.
Scoro is for agencies and services businesses that need visibility across projects, people, and financial performance.
Industry: Professional Services Automation (PSA)
Primary Contact: Harv Nagra, Head of Brand Comms
Challenge
Scoro had thoughtfully developed new AI capabilities to launch in a saturated market. They needed to connect with buyers outside the UK, generate meaningful online engagement, and create 3rd party content about their new features.
Opportunity
Future of AI showcase on The Digital Project Manager
By partnering with The Digital Project Manager (DPM), a flagship publication in the Revleads network, Scoro accessed a senior North American audience in a format designed for discussion.
The series is built for project leaders actively responsible for managing complex work. For Scoro, that alignment was critical.
DPM and Revleads handled promotion and production, allowing Scoro to focus on showcasing AI capabilities in real project delivery scenarios.
The recording was then repurposed into an article with demo videos, podcast, and feature on our AI Transformation Explorer tool.
“Your audience is quite large, so there was a great opportunity for us to get broader exposure, perhaps beyond just the agency space as well.”

The Showcase Event
This session was rooted in learning and discussion. Not simply selling a product. That’s why it was a success.
Tim Fisher, VP of AI at BWZ, guided the conversation and translated AI concepts into practical implications.
Scoro’s representative, Harv Nagra, set the stage with familiar problems: scope creep, shifting timelines, disconnected tools, and administrative burden.
From there, Harv demonstrated Scoro’s new AI capabilities:
- Assessing whether projects can realistically be delivered with existing resources
- Identifying when timelines are slipping based on real progress
- Surfacing risks and recommendations without manual reporting
By showing relevance, Harv and Tim earned the audience’s trust. Which brought out thoughtful questions during the live Q&A, which covered topics like real-world adoption, explainability, data security, and operational impact.
“We had some brilliant questions shared in the webinar. There was a lot of engagement there.”

This variety of 3rd party content supports Scoro’s AEO strategy by offering more places for AI to validate the information on their website.
The article has been indexed by OpenAI, Meta, Perplexity, Gemini and other AI tools 171 times in the first 60 days. Another four AI search bots and one AI agent also visited the article during that time.
This is where the long-term value of The Future of AI lives — in the content.
